_Under the change mantra the significant transformation of life, community is to engaged democratic with the people. Those major achievement of democracy is to achieved the people for success and purposeful carrier for a better life out of penury and poverty in the society._
_A good leadership is determined by the collective intellectual capacity that one person can display to make a new change society,its take intelligent to elect and have a good quality representation among equity nigerian._
_In the contemporary world of Nigeria today few among our representatives do it well by quality leadership performance to display among its people._
_Let examine the leadership of Hon.Yusuf Ahmed soja Bulangu is one of the top ranking member house Assembly who discharge his duties as serious to make life better._
_He is a leader with high quality intellectual capacity for modern political reigns. His political and liberal progressive development is essential world class project that reflect dominant power interest its crafting a hegemonic interest that represent its largely that of capital and bourgeoisie class of the society._
_A good representation must have best society through a man with high impact project to change life span of the people, because constituent are major target of communal representation._
_But in case of Hon.soja he is indeed a leader with patriotic zeal to get citizens engage and has high impact as best reforming political sagacious leader in the history of bulangu constituency in term of accountability, transparency and conduct of good governance, including purposeful efficient service to humanity._
_Hon.soja has best performing leader in demagogue blue print that cut attention of the constituent in term of efficient management of human and capital resources in accordance with the law in order to promote social change for a better society._
_In the report gathered so far, that Hon.soja has a very good leadership capacity in his performance in education ,youth development, Healthcare and infrastructure development etc….._
_In the area of educational development Hon.soja a high impact personality has done excellently in educational activities to his people_
_One of the duties and obligation of a diligent parliamentarian is to provide social amenities, quality education, buildings of classroom and reticulation of borehole, solar street light etc. He provide grant to improve the educational system among others. The human resources and government funds were judiciously utilized to his people in Bulangu community. The essential part of his good deed are reality to literacy level has he change the narrative of the concern citizen._
_I learnt in my report that, Hon. Soja sponsored more than 100/student in different citadels of learning of which some have obtained BSc,HND,OND,NCE,from his own constituency of bulangu, kafin Hausa an Hadejia. One of the way to give life to people is giving life worthy of emulation through education especially in Kano, jigawa. Therefore he went with the team to distribute five million educational material to various primary school within bulangu constituency for a good an conducive environment, renovation of blocks in some school was never left behind including distribution of five 5/laptop computer to student are part of good leadership terrain he exercise among others …._
_Youth empowerment, Hon.Soja got an employment opportunities to our teaming youth because in the Nigeria of today this issues are most challenging bedlam battling nigeria society at large.. This young man went round to get job opportunities to youth in nigeria para- military such as ,Army nigeria police force, sule lamido university kafin Hausa about 13 people above. Meanwhile many clearance and guarantor forms were signed to uncountable many more driver in Aliko Dangote motor and private section of about six people was slotted by his diligent effort to services. All this magnificent reign of leadership deserved more support do more in continuity._
_Hon. Yusuf Ahmed soja was an healthcare bridge builders as he distributed 5milion medical outreach drugs to hospital, primary health care in bulangu constituency. The provisions for medical outreach equipment to some extent were deliver as part of his promise of quality health care developed._
_In few month ago, Alhaji Yusuf Ahmed soja sponsored free eyes surgical for 130/constituent to treat cataract and trachoma. In an interview gathered that some medical team of ophthalmologist at cottage hospital bulanga. The infrastructure development were wholeheartedly zeal to do the construction of solar power, borehole, across community, solar power project were initiated and constructed to be fully used the constituency._
