A new Acting President of Kogi State Customary Court of Apeal, Hon. Justice SMJ Usman has been sworn in.
Performing the ceremony, Kogi State Deputy Governor, Chief Edward Onoja, tasked him to dispense justice with fear or favour, assured of the enabling environment for justice delivery in the State.
Chief Onoja, assured of the continued support of the administration of Gov. Yahaya Bello to the quick dispensation of justice, urged the acting CCA President to live above board in the dispensation of justice.
