Prince Yahaya Audu Ohidi, former Governorship Aspirant has sent a message of Felicitation to Muslim faithful on the occasion of this year’s Eid El Kabir celebration.
The former Guber Aspirant in a statement issued to Newsmen urged Muslim faithful to use the Eid El Kabir celebration as a time for sober reflection.
According to the statement:
Eid-El-Kabir is here again and on behalf of my family, I congratulate us all for witnessing another celebrations in good health and sound mind.
As we all know, this festival is a season of love, kindness, empathy sacrifice and and most importantly, submission to the will of God.
It is also a reminder of everything we must do to move humankind and Nigeria forward.
Our lives should at all times, reflect the ultimate demands of the Almighty Allah from humanity – empathy, piety, peace, love, peaceful coexistence and mutual respect.
On this premise, I appeal to us all to remember those amongst us who are in need. We must endeavor to lend a helping hand as means of lifting others as we are all equal in the eyes of our creator.
We must also pray for Nigeria and seek the intervention of Allah in our travails as a people that peace, security and stability return to our land.
May the peace and blessings of this season abide with us and our households.
Prince Yahaya congratulated the Muslim faithful for witnessing yet another Eid El Kabir celebration, prayed God to grant the Ummah many more years of celebration in the land of the living.
