Democracy Day ’21: Chief Aboh Advocates Peace And Unity Of Nigeria.


 

Omala Local Government Executive Chairman, Hon. Chief Ibrahim Yakubu Aboh has said that the continuous unity of Nigeria will be better for it.

In his June 12 Democracy day message made available to the public through his Chief Press Secretary, Suleiman Alih, Alhaji Aboh maintained that:

“As a people, we must sustain the united Nigeria our founding fathers bequeathed to us. It is obvious that we are better together. Let us keep this unity tight as we plan the progess of the country in our peaceful disposition”.

“Peace remains a veritable tool, through which development can be achieved. Therefore, let us preach peace and practice peace in our homes, communities and the entire society”.

The council boss congratulated the democratically elected President, His Excellency, Muhammodu Buhari and his Vice, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, Kogi State Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello and his Deputy, Chief Edward David Onoja and prayed GOD to grant them long life, wisdom and understanding to lead, as he particularly prayed for Kogi State Governor in his presidential ambition, adding that the young and energetic Governor has all it takes to take Nigeria to a greater height.

Chief Aboh hailed the obedience, understanding and industrious nature of the people of Omala Local Government, urging them to shun social vices, deviate from divisive tendencies and embrace peace at all time.
