Ododo/Tinubu 2027: Binis In Kogi Key Into Reelection Drive – Anyaru

… Lauds Special Adviser on South South Mobilization for Galvanizing Southerners for APC

The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Grassroots Mobilization, Hon. Dare Anyaru, has disclosed that the Bini community residing in Kogi State has fully keyed into the drive to deliver President Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo in the forthcoming presidential and governorship elections.

Hon. Anyaru, who stated this during an interactive session with leaders of the Bini community in Lokoja, said the Bini people are politically conscious and appreciative of inclusive governance.

“The Binis are all ready. We have embraced the Tinubu and Ododo reelection project. We are not sitting on the fence,” he declared.

The Senior Special Assistant described the sense of belonging accorded to people of the South South resident in the state by Governor Ododo’s administration as unprecedented in the history of Kogi State.

According to him, the Governor has demonstrated uncommon commitment to unity, equity and integration by giving non-indigenes a voice and a stake in the administration, a gesture that has deepened loyalty and participation among residents.

Hon. Anyaru praised the Special Adviser to the Governor on South South Mobilization, Abu Micheal, for his tireless efforts in galvanizing the people of the South South for the reelection of President Tinubu and Governor Ododo, describing his mobilization strategy as commendable and result-oriented.

He maintained that the Binis are ready and declared the reelection of President Tinubu and Governor Ododo as sacrosanct.

Corroborating this position, the Chairman of the Bini Community in Lokoja, Dr. Austin Ediae, assured of the total support of the Binis for the present administration in the state.

Dr. Ediae noted that the Binis, who are predominantly traders, civil servants, artisans and professionals across Lokoja and other major towns in Kogi State, have benefited immensely from the peaceful business environment, prompt payment of salaries and security architecture put in place by Governor Ododo.

He said the community will translate its numerical strength into votes, assuring that the Binis will work in synergy with other South South groups to deliver bloc votes for the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Political observers say the open endorsement by the Bini ethnic nationality is a major boost to the APC’s mobilization drive, given the Binis’ influential population and organizational structure in the state capital.
