ADC Inaugurates Kogi West Campaign Council, Targets Victory In 2027

The Kogi West Senatorial District Campaign Council of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has been inaugurated with a charge to members to ensure the party’s victory in the 2027 general elections.
The inaugural meeting was held on Tuesday at the Mount Patti residence of the ADC Senatorial Candidate for Kogi West, Alhaji Musa Ahmadu, in Lokoja.
The meeting was attended by campaign coordinators drawn from the seven Local Government Areas that make up the senatorial district.
Addressing members of the Council, Alhaji Ahmadu urged them to be diligent and committed to the party’s campaign activities ahead of the polls.
He said the party had carefully selected capable and experienced hands to market the ADC and mobilize support across Kogi West.
“We have selected the best hands to market the party ahead of the 2027 election. I charge all of you to work hard to ensure that ADC wins the election,” he said.
Ahmadu expressed confidence that the present leadership and membership of the Council would deliver victory for the party from top to bottom, and urged them to take their assignments seriously by ensuring effective grassroots mobilization.
In his response, the Chairman of the Kogi West Campaign Council, Chief Joe Elebiyo, thanked the party for the confidence reposed in them and assured of the Council’s dedication and loyalty.
“We are not in government,” Elebiyo said, charging members to work harder and remain focused on the task of building the party and winning the 2027 election.
The Campaign Council has Chief Joe Elebiyo as Chairman, Hon. Yabagi Bologi as Director-General and Hon. Isah Abdulkareem as Secretary.
Members of the Council and coordinators representing the seven Local Government Areas of Kogi West attended the meeting.
