By joshua Ambassador Enikanolaiye consoles Yagba East APC Chairman over father’s death
The Honourable Minister of State Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, has commiserated with the Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in Yagba East Local Government Area, LGA, Kogi State, Hon. Abdulrasak Segun Abdulkadri, over the passing of his father, Deacon David Lamidi Kadiri.
Ambassador Enikanolaiye, who described death as an inevitable end of all humans, urged the Chairman and all members of the family to take solace in God and to hold on to him for support at this trying time.
The Minister said Pa Kadiri’s death was a big loss not only to his immediate family but the entire community.
“I was touched when I heard the sad news of the home call. As we all know, God is the giver of life, and he takes it whenever he likes. Painful as the circumstance may be, I urge you to bear it in good fate. You must hold on to God and be a rallying point to other members of the family at a time like this.
“Without any doubts, Baba’s role will sorely be missed, especially in the family, the church, and the community at large. May his soul rest in peace, and may God grant you and your family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
