Rt. Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna Ijn , Member Representing Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives and APC Candidate for the 2027 General Election, has intensified his grassroots engagements with stakeholders across the constituency.
Earlier today, the lawmaker stormed Okura Ward, where he held separate meetings with party leaders, stakeholders, Gagos, community and traditional leaders, religious leaders, as well as women and youth representatives in Acharu and other communities within the ward.
The engagement continued in Iyale Ward, where Rt. Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna Ijn met with the G-22 Group of Ogane-nigu Ward and the people of Ate-Ojuwo community.
At the various meetings, Hon. Gowon rendered a comprehensive account of his stewardship as the representative of Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency in the 10th National Assembly, highlighting his interventions, constituency projects, empowerment initiatives and efforts toward improving the wellbeing of his constituents.
While appreciating the stakeholders for their support and confidence in his leadership, he appealed for their continued support for his candidacy as he seeks another mandate to consolidate the gains already recorded and sustain the delivery of meaningful development to the people.
He equally called on the stakeholders to support all candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming 2027 General Election, stressing the importance of unity and collective support for the party.
The meetings were characterised by cordial interactions, robust discussions and renewed expressions of support, further underscoring the strong connection between the lawmaker and the grassroots.
With the 2027 election approaching, Rt. Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna IJN continues to take his message of continuity, consolidation and development directly to the people, reaffirming his commitment to a stronger, united and more prosperous Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency.
