Office of the Chairman, Governing Council
Date: March 19, 2026

To: Hon. Omosona T. Olakunle
Senior Legislative Aide (SLA) to the Speaker, House of Representatives.
LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT: DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS & FEDERAL PERCEPTION MANAGEMENT
Dear Hon. Omosona,
The Aro Samuel Bamidele Vanguard (ASBV) is a movement anchored on the “Golden Standard” of professional excellence and strategic precision. As we consolidate our structures across the seven Local Government Areas of Kogi West, we recognize that the battle for the mandate is won as much in the minds of the electorate as it is at the ballot box.
In view of your distinguished standing within the leadership of the National Assembly and your deep understanding of political optics, the Governing Council is pleased to formally engage you as the Director of Strategic Communications & Federal Perception Management.
I. SCOPE OF STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT
Your role is designed to elevate the Bamidele Mandate from a regional aspiration to a national imperative. Your primary responsibilities include:
1. National Image Engineering & Perception Management
Narrative Control: Crafting high-level messaging that positions Hon. Samuel Bamidele Aro as the “Inevitable Candidate” and the sole strategic bridge between Kogi West, the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, and the federal center.
Prestige Branding: Ensuring that the ASBV’s activities, particularly our KW-YEEF empowerment framework—are framed as national benchmarks for quality representation.
2. Federal Media Liaison
National Press Integration: Leveraging your professional relationships within the FCT to ensure our key milestones receive prominent coverage in national dailies and broadcast networks (NTA, Channels TV, AIT, etc.).
Abuja Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating high-level consultative forums for Kogi West professionals and “diaspora” influencers based in the Federal Capital Territory.
3. Strategic Counter-Propaganda
Utilizing “Surgical Communications” to neutralize opposition narratives before they gain traction, ensuring the ASBV remains the dominant voice in the Kogi West political discourse.
II. MANDATE AND REPORTING
This is a senior-tier appointment within the ASBV leadership hierarchy. In this capacity, you will work in close synergy with the Director of Media & Publicity (Local) to ensure a unified voice, while reporting directly to the Chairman of the Governing Council.
We are confident that your expertise will provide the “Federal Handshake” necessary to secure a resounding victory for our Principal.
Please accept our professional regards and congratulations.
Yours in Service,
Hon. Prince Philip Olusesan Orebiyi
Chairman, Governing Council (ASBV)
