
Communities Praise Kogi Govt. over NG-CARES Water Project Delivered In 60 Days.

Five communities in Kogi State have lauded the government for providing portable water through the NG-CARES programme.
The communities – Umomi, Ika-Ajego, Inipo, Ukowa, and Ateba – praised the Kogi State Government and the Kogi Community and Social Development Agency (KGCSDA) for completing the project within 60 days.
The communities expressed joy and relief, saying the project has ended their struggles with water-borne diseases.
The Chairman of Ika-Ajego Project Management Committee, who spoke on behalf of the benefitting Communities thanked Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo for fulfilling his promises.
Speaking on behalf of the Communities, the Chairman, Ika-Ajego Project Management Committee, expressed joy, thanked Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo for matching words with action.
According to him, ” We didn’t believe that within a short time, our joy will know no bounds. I wish to express our thanks to the KGCSDA who painstakingly ensured our long time dream”.
In his words, the General Manager Kogi Community and Social Development Agency, Mallam Momoh Dauda, has proven that there are still rare men who can help Gov. Ododo achieve his vision for rural dwellers.
The General Manager of KGCSDA, Mallam Momoh Dauda, was also praised for his efforts in ensuring the project’s success. The communities endorsed the agency for its excellent work in rural development.
