NTA Partners KOCCIMA to Showcase Local Businesses At Forthcoming AGM Scheduled for 26 March.
The Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Lokoja has pledged to partner with the Kogi Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (KOCCIMA) to promote locally-owned businesses and products from the state.
NTA General Manager, Alhaji Yahaya Adam, made the announcement when he received KOCCIMA’s President and members. He praised KOCCIMA’s role in promoting trade, protecting members’ interests, and providing resources for growth.
Adam advocated for policies benefiting businesses and tourism, and urged KOCCIMA to resuscitate past programs that improved businesses. He assured credible publicity for KOCCIMA’s annual conference, focusing on “Made in Nigeria” products.
KOCCIMA President Chief Femi Ajisafe, Ph.D, said the Chamber advocates for policies promoting economic growth and a favorable business environment. The AGM is scheduled for March 25-26, with activities including leadership change and discussions on public-private partnerships.
The KOCCIMA President said the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo will serve as the Special Guest of Honour at the 2026 KOCCIMA AGM.
