Federal High Court in Lokoja denies stay of execution on judgment declaring Hon. Muhammed Sanni Gambo as Kogi PDP Chairman.
The court ruled that the applicant lacked the locus standi, dismissed the case for lack of merit.
Gambo was inaugurated following the court’s judgment, with Justice Isah A. Danshan ordering his immediate swearing-in and recognition by PDP NWC and other authorities on 10/11/25.
Gambo called for unity, urging party members to join him in building a strong PDP for 2027.
