
Kogi AFAN Chairman Honoured with Award for Excellence in Promoting Farming

Lokoja – Alhaji Salihu Adobanyi Momoh, Kogi State Chairman of All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN), has been conferred with an Award of Excellence for his tireless efforts in repositioning the welfare and improving the productivity of farmers in Kogi State.
The prestigious award was presented to the Kogi State AFAN Chairman by the Director General/Chief Executive Officer of Movement For Peaceful and Equitable Governance in Nigeria (MOPEGON), in a ceremony held in Lokoja.
Comr. Counsel Bello, who presented the certificate, described Alhaji Momoh as a paragon of excellence, saying his accomplishments are a testament to the power of dedication, perseverance, and hard work.
“Verifiable facts point to the sterling qualities of the AFAN Chairman, setting him apart from his peers in discharging his duties,” Bello said.
He praised Alhaji Momoh for discharging his duties with dexterity, noting that his effective supervision and management have remained his hallmark.
“His leadership has been exemplary, and we are proud to recognize his efforts with this Award of Excellence,” Bello added.
The award is a testament to Alhaji Momoh’s commitment to the advancement of agriculture and the welfare of farmers in Kogi State. Under his leadership, AFAN has continued to push for policies and programmes that benefit farmers and promote agricultural growth in the state.
