ADC Kogi East Backs Ubolo Okpanachi as Idah Federal Constituency Leader

ADC Kogi East Backs Ubolo Okpanachi as Idah Federal Constituency Leader

The Critical stakeholders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Kogi East Chapter, comprising Elders and Youths, have thrown their weight behind Elder Ubolo Itodo Okpanachi as the leader of the party in Idah Federal Constituency.

In a statement issued to newsmen in Lokoja, the stakeholders expressed confidence that Okpanachi’s leadership will enhance membership drive and cohesion.

They described him as a man who has worked tirelessly to build the party and noted that ADC remains stable in Idah Federal Constituency under his leadership.

The stakeholders dismissed efforts to undermine Okpanachi’s candidacy as the work of “mischief makers” and assured that he has no personal or senatorial district interest, but rather seeks to strengthen the party.

They urged ADC members to be open and allow for inclusivity, cautioning against early endorsement of aspirants to avoid limiting membership drive and potential joiners.

The stakeholders praised Okpanachi’s funding, time, and support for the party at various levels and described him as the best fit to lead. They emphasized that his leadership will help reposition the party for the 2027 general elections.
