N164m: KOGI LAWYER Drags William Omojasola, Bilvisco Investment Limited to court, for breach of contract

A Lokoja-based lawyer, Suleiman Abdulmalik, has dragged William Omojasola and Bilvisco Investment Limited to court for breach of contract. In the proceedings filed at the Industrial Court, the lawyer is seeking payment of N164m for performing professional services for Bilvisco Investment Limited.
Barr. Suleiman sued the company for non-payment of professional fees for the services rendered to the sum of N164m. The case is filed at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Lokoja Division, and will come up for mention by the end of January.
The lawyer has made available evidence of pictures and documents signed between parties, which were filed against the investors. Parties in the suit have been served complaint notice, and seating will commence by the end of January 2026. All efforts to reach the company MD, Mr. Williams Omojasola, for comment were unsuccessful as he did not pick his calls.
In Nigerian law, a claimant must prove the existence of a valid contract, breach of contract, and loss suffered as a result of the breach to succeed in a breach of contract case.
