Lokoja — The Kogi State Commissioner for Water Resources, Engr. Yahaya MD Farouk, has extended heartfelt birthday greetings to the Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Area, Comr. Abdullahi Adamu.
In a statement released to the press, Engr. Farouk lauded Comr. Adamu as a quintessential grassroots leader whose remarkable ability to connect with the people, build unwavering trust, and champion the government’s policies with integrity has set a benchmark in public service.
“Comr. Abdullahi is a true people’s person—delivering the dividends of democracy in a clear, accessible, and impactful manner that resonates deeply with the residents of Lokoja,” the statement read.
