Lounge 1 MD Spreads Christmas Cheer Among Staff With Gifts, Packages.
The CEO/MD of Lounge 1, Hon. Paul Ukwenya, has shown appreciation to staff of the organization by distributing Christmas packages to about 50 staff members, enabling them to celebrate the festive season.
Hon. Ukwenya made the presentation of Christmas Rice and other condiments, stating that Lounge 1 values its human capital as a vital resource to the organization’s success and well-being.
He described a well-motivated human resource as crucial to any organization, adding that the gesture is a reward for loyalty and exemplifies love.
The Managing Director emphasized that even where machines do the work, they are propelled by the human factor, making staff vital to the organization’s accomplishments.
He encouraged staff to continue their hard work and commitment, that has made Lounge 1 a home away from home for Kogites in the State Capital.
Mrs. Rose Igonoh, Human Resources Officer, Lounge 1, described the gesture as a sharing of love and appreciation for staff hard work and commitment in 2025.
She acknowledged the staff’s diligence and encouraged them to continue putting in their best in the coming year.
