Zone B Stakeholders Praise Commissioner Bashir Gegu for Fairness, Zoning Equity in Kogi Local Govt
Kogi State —A delegation of stakeholders from Zone B, Kogi Local Government Area, paid an early‑morning courtesy visit to the Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr. Abubakar Bashir Gegu, to thank him for his commitment to fairness and justice.
The stakeholders commended Engr. Bashir for upholding the zoning arrangement that reserves the Local Government Council Chairmanship for Zone B. They hailed him as a beacon of equity, inclusivity, and balance, noting that his leadership has fostered unity and ensured every zone gets its rightful chance to contribute to development.
