Edo Community Sends SOS To AIG, Security Agencies Over Planned Attack

The indigenous people of the OkeOroma Community have called on the Assistant Inspector General of Police and other security agencies to come to their aid over an alleged information that the neighbouring community is planning an attack against them.
They urged the Police to help in identifying those behind the alleged proposed attack before they could carry out their nefarious activities.
According to a release signed by
Gaius Emokpae , Oke-Oroma village head , OkeOroma community, said, “We have been reliably informed that there have been an unknown three vehicles stationed at the residents of some of the youth leaders of our community, observing their movements on the evening of 19” Nov 2025.
“Also they are now adopting gorilla tactics in other wise peaceful environments since October 31* 2024. This has created tension among Oke -Oroma people whenever they plan to return home” they stated.
We do not have the slightest idea why these restive elements have resolved to embark on this gorilla tactics, creating tension that may escalate insecurity in this axis as well as the state.
By this development, we are drawing the attention of the police authorities and other security agencies to work discretely to unmask those behind this nocturnal act as we continue to link this impending security breach to the Amagba community.
He said some who lost out in the power struggle before they were removed due to their unauthorized massive land sales and have penultimate launched series of attacks against our community.
In light of this development, the community would like to work closely with law enforcement agencies to prevent any untoward incident and ensure the safety of all residents in the Oke-Oroma community.
