INEC Chairman: Hon. Major Olafimihan Akerejola Congratulates Prof Joash Ojo Amupitan.
Hon. Major Olafimihan Akerejola has sent a message of congratulations to Prof Joash Ojo Amupitan on his new appointment as the Independent National Electoral Commission Chairman.
In a message issued to Newsmen in Lokoja, Akerejola described the appointment as well deserved.
“I join millions of well wishers to congratulate Prof. Joash Ojo Amupitan for his Appointment as the INEC Chairman.
Your Appointment is a testament of your hard work, dedication to duty, honesty and integrity in the discharge of your duties over the years in the overall contribution to National development.
Indeed, I congratulate all Kogites for this honour done to Kogi State by the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
I have no doubt that Prof J.O Amupitan will deliver and distinguish himself on his job as well as make all Kogites proud.
This Appointment however calls on all Kogites to continue to support the Transformational Agenda of Mr President and the All Progressives Congress (APC).
