As we approach 2027, another year for general elections in Nigeria, Kogi East Senatorial District without overstating the obvious would greatly benefit from the leadership and vision of QS Aminu Abubakar Suleiman, given his impressive track record and people-centric approach.

QS Aminu’s politics and representation if elected, emphasizes economic development, education reform, fiscal responsibility, security, and healthcare, which aligns with the needs of Kogi East Senatorial District.

As a seasoned Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, QS Aminu has managed large-scale projects and initiated development projects across Nigeria, demonstrating his capability to deliver results.

There’s this growing public support for QS Aminu, with many groups across the nine local Government Areas of Kogi East urging him to declare his intention to run for the Kogi East Senate seat, indicating his potential to win and effectively represent the district.

His promises to the people include empowering youths, promoting transparency and accountability, and providing purposeful representation, which could address some of the district’s pressing challenges.

However, it’s worth noting that QS Aminu faced a setback in April 2022 when following a gang up he was allegedly disqualified from the Kogi East Senatorial contest under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) due to his not being a registered voter in the senatorial district. Despite this planned setback by many who are regretting their actions, the quintessential politician for all season has since joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and is well positioned for the 2027 Senatorial election.

Aminu Abubakar Suleiman is a different Nigerian politician, quantity surveyor, and project manager with expertise in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). It is on record that he has initiated and managed numerous projects of immense value to Nigeria.

Aminu, a seasoned quantity surveyor and project manager with experience in managing large-scale projects, has worked on various initiatives that showcase his skills in PPPs and development projects.

Thus far, with his various engagements and consultation with various interest groups, Aminu has again expressed his interest, though not officially, in representing Kogi East Senatorial District in the Senate.

His leadership style emphasizes economic development, education reform, fiscal responsibility, security, and healthcare, which resonates with many in Kogi East.

Appointed as a member of the board for Kaduna Electric, following the Federal Government’s decision to restructure five electricity distribution companies in Nigeria, his aspiration has gathered so much momentum and from all indication, this time around with the people’s trust and support like they have always done in the past, available evidence points to the fact that he is the rave of the moment.

Aminu is seen by many as one with servant leadership qualities, with capacity, compassion, competency, credibility, and charisma to salvage the Igala Nation and by extension Kogi East from its current predicament. Several groups have urged him to declare his intentions to run for office, citing his impressive track record and connections.

Aminu’s vision for Kogi East includes harnessing the area’s mineral and human resources, promoting industrialization, and improving the economy through effective leadership and partnerships.

Overall, Aminu Abubakar Suleiman’s blend of professional experience, leadership skills, and policy focus has generated significant interest in his potential to represent Kogi East Senatorial District.

As the clock ticks towards 2027, though far but near, there is the clarion calls for the people of Kogi East to be united, hand him over the batton to enable him bring his wealth of experience to bear in salvaging the giant in Kogi East Senatorial District.
