60th Birthday: Kogi Water Resources Commissioner Celebrates Maigari of Lokoja, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi.

 

 

The Kogi State Commissioner For Water Resources, Engr. Yahaya Muhammed Danladi Farouk, has sent a message of felicitations to
His Royal Highness, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi, the Maigari of Lokoja on the auspicious occasion of his 60th birthday.

In a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja, the Commissioner described the Traditional Ruler as a unique role model whose style of leadership has helped unite the people of Lokoja.

According to the Statement, “Your Royal Highness, Today, I join millions of Lokojians and people across the globe to celebrate one of Kogi’s most outstanding Traditional Ruler of all time, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi, the Maigari of Lokoja on the auspicious occasion of your 60th birthday anniversary.

“Without mincing words, we are blessed that a great personality in your mould ascended the throne of his forefathers, making peace and unity cardinal. Your types, Your Royal Highness, without mincing words, are rare to come by.

” I’m proud to be associated with your laudable achievements since you assumed the throne of your forefathers.

You have no doubt through hard work, dedication, and the fear of God made the progress and prosperity of the sons and daughters of Lokoja through prayers and supplication upper most in your thoughts and actions.

” Your Royal Highness, in all of your doings, you made fairness equity and justice a recurring quality. We your subjects without gainsaying the fact have seen your impact. We cannot but celebrate with you on the addition of yet another milestone age in good health and prosperity.

” As a firm believer in justice, equity, and all that is fair to all, your contributions towards ensuring and providing succour for the downtrodden in the society remains indelible, a footprints on the sands of time that has continued to guide our actions.

” You have made history in uniting our people more than ever people. For many of us who have followed your trajectory, we’re not surprised at your accomplishments in just a few months on the throne. You are a Royal father who is in all intent and purposes a unique bridge-builder par excellence.

“On this occasion of your 60th birthday, I therefore celebrate you not only for your achievements as a Traditional Ruler, but that which you achieved in public and private life. Thank you for the peace and progress Lokoja is witnessing under your reign.

“I wish you many more years of service to humanity as you continue to reign on the throne of your forefathers”.
