The leading House of Assembly Aspirant for Lokoja 2 State Constituency, Hon. Umar Baba Muhammed has sent a message of Felicitations to Muslims in the State, particularly Muslims in Lokoja 2 Constituency, tasked them to use the period to Pray for the peace of the State.
Hon. Umar Baba Muhammed in a statement issued to Newsmen described peace as a panacea for development, lauded the peace and tranquility the people of the State are enjoying.
He urged Muslims to allow the significance of the birth of the Prophet to replicate love to their brothers of other religions, described Islam as a religion of Peace, Love and togetherness.
The House of Assembly Aspirant and presently the Secretary of Lokoja LGA Council urged Muslims to be their brothers keepers, prayed for the growth of the State, and for the country to also witness peace, Progress and Development, Particularly in Lokoja 2 Constituency at large.
Hon. Umar Baba Muhammed congràtulated Muslim, Particularly Gov. Yahaya Bello, the Chief of Staff, Pharm Abdulkareem Jamiu Asuku, other top Government functionaries for witnessing yet another Celebration of Maulud.
The Aspirant commended Gov Bello for the enabling environment he has created for a peaceful Celebration of Maulud, urged faithful to remember that the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) should be used for sober reflection in the lives of Muslims.
He prayed for the administration of Gov Yahaya Bello to finish well, commended his giant strides Development in Lokoja LGA, called for prayers for the success of all Leaders in positions of authority, asked God to guide, protect and give them the wisdom to steer the affairs of the country, State and Lokoja 2 Constituency in peace.
The Aspirant assurred that if elected he will work for the growth and prosperity of the Constituency, assurred of Empowerment of Constituents.
