Kogi State Team Lead of the Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission, HYPPADEC, Mr. Jimoh Haruna Gabi has said young persons have greater advantage in leadership circle as they bring all their energies in making sure that specific mandates are met in governance.
Jimoh who said this in a congratulatory message delivered to the Chief of Staff to Kogi State Governor, Pharm. Abdulkereem Jamiu Asuku as he marks his second anniversary as Chief of staff to Governor Yahaya Bello, said Asuku is an exceptionally wonderful personality.
The HYPPADEC Team Lead for Kogi state, described Asuku as a young man filled with energy, vigour, courage and unhindered passion for his work, characteristics he said have contributed greatly to good governance in Kogi State.
Jimoh, noted that, the contributions made by Asuku in the activities of HYPPADEC over the period of its operation in the state in various ways, show he is truly a dependable leader and a team player.
As Chief of Staff, Jimoh praised Asuku’s leadership charisma to work with all the governor’s Appointees despite his young age which he said is worthy of commendation
According to the statement, “being able to relate, run errands and manage people of different views, orientation and background these two years is a reflection that as a young man, the positive energy and vibes are properly utilized”.
While he is looking forward to more healthy collaborations that will better the relationship between the Kogi State Governmet and HYPPADEC for the common good of the people of the state, especially those in flood prone communities, Jimoh hope that the coming years on the job will be more enterprising.
He therefore, restated the commitment of HYPPADEC in ensuring that it carried out the mandate of the commission towards the good of the residents of the state.
