The Kogi State Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Comr. Adeiza Momohjimoh, has described the death of ace broadcaster and Journalists, Alhaji Aziz Ajinomoh as one death too many.
Comr. Adeiza Momohjimoh stated this when he paid a condolence visit to the family of the deceased today in Zango area of Lokoja.
Alhaji Aziz Ajinomoh, a staff of the Nigerian Television Authority, died in the early hours of today after a brief illness.
The NUJ Chairman expressed grief and sadness over the death of the seasoned Journalists, said the union has lost experience and a bundle of hard work in the late Journalists.
While he çondoled with the family of the deceased on behalf of the Council, the NUJ Chairman urged the family to take solace in the fact that the deceased lived a fulfilled professional life, would be greatly missed.
The NUJ Chairman prayed Allah to grant the soul of the Journalist rest and the family the fortitude to bear the unfortunate loss of their loved one.
Also Speaking, one of the early callers to the home of the deceased, Alhaji Ibrahim Isah Amoka, Clerk of the Kogi State House of Assembly, described the death of Alhaji Azziz Ajinomoh as a huge loss, prayed God to grant his soul eternal rest.
Until his death, Alhaji Azziz Ajinomoh worked as a Staff of the NTA in Kebbi State.
He was at one time a State Treasurer of the Kogi State NUJ.
He is survived by an aged mother, wife and children.
