Just In: The SSA Security of Adavi LG Holds a Strategic Security Meeting with Various Security Agencies, the Traditional rulers, and Youths in Adavi LG

The meeting was attended by all the Security Agencies in the LG, the Ohi Of Adavi LG, other Traditional rulers, Ward Heads, Religion leaders, Association of the Cultural Heritage, the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Coordinator, and among others.

The SSA Security in charge of Adavi LG, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami who conveyed the meeting said; it is necessary to hold a strategic meeting of this nature once or twice in a month in order to address some issues concerning the Security challenges in Adavi LGA, as his Principal Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello mandated him to do in order to find substantial and helpful solutions to curb insecurity challenges confronting the LG.

Hon. Joseph Salami charged the Security Agencies to fish out the perpetrators of any form of criminal activities taking place in Adavi LGA.

In their various remarks, they applauded the effort of the Executive Governor of Kogi State and further gave an assurance for more cooperation via needful actions to safe guide the life and property which is the major emphasis of the Present Administration under the watch of his Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello.

They further added that they welcome the idea of the Strategic meeting and also impressed with the outcome of it; “however, we are asking to do more in order for those living in various communities and the traveler’s passer-by along Adavi-Lokoja road not to live in anxiety; they concluded.

While preaching for peace and unity among the people of Adavi as the Celebration of Echa-Ane cultural heritage continues in Adavi LGA, Hon. Joseph commended the effort of the Cultural Heritage Committee and charged them never to relent their effort, to maintain peace & Unity, and also curtail the movement of cultural heritage displayed on major roads.
